Moonstruck.

Hello Everyone,
Yaah !! this past weekend have managed to get a project finished. My Quiltie Trades are finished and ready for the post at the end of the month to Sandie Kaye who is running the trades .You can visit her at sandrakayedesigns.blogspot.com  to see the fun happening.
Some more progress on a UFO Baby quilt,  now only needing a small border then the binding. See what happens next week with that now I have found my time again.

These are the lovely quilts that arrived in the mail  for me from the Trade. It is always exciting when the small parcel arrives in the letterbox.

These below are my finished quilts to send at the end of the month. The theme being Black and White with one extra colour or embelishment. So I chose pink.

Another 3  Hexagons and a helper in the garden today.

My grandson Korbyn . He has been in the sewing room today  sorting the fabric and buttons.

It has been getting cooler now with winter coming soon . A minimum of 8C and a maximum 18C with light winds  and warm sun today. Still nice to sit outside.
The full moon tonight is the closest to earth in 18 yrs and 16% brighter than normal it said on the news. This is giveing us high tides and waves 3 metres high.
We have been outside looking at the moon .It is really bright, It would make a good photo ,too bright to take a photo with my camera.
Happy sewing ,
Goodnight ,  Jen x

Your "black & whites" are stunning! I have to get my quiltie mojo going. The hexies are fabulous.

Your little quilts are gorgeous Jen, and I really love your B&W pieces, they are very elegant indeed. Nice to see your grandson helping you with the garden [and a little tidying]. The moon was very bright last night, wasn't it. I hadn't heard about those statistics. Nice to see you having time to stitch again. Take care.
