Back from our 6 day Coach tour to Melbourne , Victoria. Visiting the Tutankhamum and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs amazing Exhibition temporarily housed in the Melbourne Museum.Viewing the dazzling array of posessions unearthed from his tomb along with his family.

I must say it was very relaxing being driven everywhere.
The Dandenongs and Olinda village.
Heading along the winding roads surrounded by beautiful tall old Mountain Ash. We lunched at the charming village of Olinda the highest in the Dandenongs at the Bavarian Cuckoo Restuarant.
Our accommodation while in Melbourne was at the Sebel Citigate Albert Park hotel.
While there I finished my 2 ufo's sewing cases .I mentioned before ,they just needed the binding sewn and nearly finished my knitted baby cardigan only the seams need to be finished on that .Yeah! a couple more from my list of UFO'S .

It looks like you had a wonderful trip and the Tutankhamen exhibition must have been amazing. My husband was very keen to see this exhibition but somehow we didn't make it - I must admit I have been loath to leave the Far North in winter. looks like a fun trip...I saw the exhibition when I was in Melbourne in April ....really enjoyed it. I am off to the Dandenongs in September ..I haven't been there before so am looking forward to it.
